Great Job Tuesday - but we have a lot of work to do.
Many of you now see what it takes to win, so lets get it done.
NO hard Work outs this week
We have to races this week.

Wednesday -
LONG RUN ( Lyndhurst) Both Teams
4 x 50 crunches
3x 25 pushups

Thursday
HARD Run 25 min. Go home

Friday: 40 min run
Get your mind and body right for saturday.
